Data we collect
We collect account email addresses, selected plan and payment status, community settings, Telegram chat identifiers, message templates, alert campaign metadata, subscriber opt-in state, and delivery history.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate owners, enforce paid plan access, connect Telegram communities, send configured community messages, deliver opted-in member alerts, diagnose failures, and support billing operations.
Third-party services
TKT Notify relies on Supabase for authentication and database services, Paystack for payments, and Telegram for message delivery. These providers process the data required for their respective services.
Managing data
Community owners can manage communities, messages, subscribers, and billing state from the application. For account or data requests, contact support from the support page.
